License A Show

Use this form to request a Performance License Quote for one of our musicals. Please read carefully.

The form you are about to fill out will provide us with information about your performance(s) and allow us to quote an approximate cost of producing your show along with requirements related to your production.

Once your request is received and processed, you will receive a Production Agreement which will detail the fees and terms required for your production. This Production Agreement is valid for six (6) weeks from the date of issue. If you decide to proceed with securing the rights outlined in the offer, you must return the signed agreement along with the required payment within the six week window. Note the expiration date on your agreement. If the Production Agreement is not returned as described above, the show’s availability and the fees quoted may be withdrawn. If you should decide to change any of the details of your production (dates, number of performances, etc.) please notify us in writing immediately at Licensing@CMIshows.com. Failure to notify us promptly of any changes may affect the availability of your show and the terms of your Production Agreement.

Your Production Agreement outlines your rental fees and royalty payments for the show you have chosen along with any contractual restrictions and guidelines.

In order for your Production Agreement to be confirmed as an officially licensed booking, the required payment (as outlined in your Production Agreement), along with the signed copy of your Production Agreement, must be received in our office before the expiration date.

Performance rights may be reserved and the Production Agreement held open provided we have received your signed Production Agreement and payment of a non-refundable $500 security deposit which shall, upon payment of your initial license fee, be applied to the balance.

Payment may be made by check payable to CMI Shows, credit card (through Paypal) or ACH Deposit (see Agreement for details). For payment of royalty fees, we will also accept a signed and authorized purchase order for schools and government agencies only. Payment details can be found in your Production Agreement.

Rental materials may be accessed (digitally) 90 days prior to your first performance provided we have received payment in full of all fees and your signed Production Agreement.

Once we have received your payment and have processed your signed Production Agreement, you are then fully authorized to perform the musical according to the terms of your Agreement.
